Established in 1890 as the Scranton Lace Curtain Manufacturing Company, the Scranton Lace Company went out of business in 2002 and the site is now being demolished with the clocktower being preserved.

Of special note was the fact that this place had its own bowling alley on the second floor. I guess bowling alleys were the predecessor to foosball tables!
