Status: Half burned down

My uncle used to work here as a therapist back in the day and so when I showed him these pictures he was really sad to see just how damaged and trashed the place had become.

Back in 2007 the hospital was struck by lightning which kicked off a massive fire. The site is currently being developed as a $300 million mixed-use project called Hudson Heritage, which will include 750 residential units, commercial space, medical office space, a hotel, and a conference center.
