Status: Being Demolished

While I was waiting for a friend to arrive at BWI airport one day many years ago, we decided to go up to the front door of what seemed to be a fully active power plant and see if it was unlocked.

Sure enough, it was unlocked and empty. At the time it was partially shuttered for the off-peak season and the workers had left just the week before.
